Where do you deliver?

We deliver islandwide in Singapore.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery fee is a flat $10 per location islandwide.

What are the delivery days and times?

We deliver every day of the week from Monday to Sunday, between 11 am to 7 pm.

Delivery Notice:

Upon order confirmation, we'll contact you via Whatsapp to confirm the delivery date and time.

What if no one is available or I need to reschedule?

Kindly inform us an hour before your scheduled delivery. Please note that a $10 re-delivery fee applies.

How should I thaw frozen seafood?

We recommend defrosting in the refrigerator overnight or soaking in cold water for 20-30 minutes.

How should I store my seafood?

Store seafood in the fridge upon receipt. Consume chilled seafood within 2 days. Raw and frozen items can be kept in the freezer for up to 6 months (unless otherwise stated).

Issues with my order:

If there's an issue, take a photo of the order and contact us within 24 hours. We won't be responsible if the product wasn't stored properly.

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellations allowed once the order is finalized. For changes, contact us at +65 8854 0585.

Can I order in advance?

Absolutely! Select your preferred delivery date from the calendar when placing your order or Whatsapp us at 8854 0585.

 

Are the oysters shucked?

No, the oysters are not shucked.

How to Shuck Oysters:

  1. Defrost the frozen oysters in cold water for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Use a towel to securely hold the oyster.
  3. Keep the oysters flat side up, cupped side down.
  4. Gently pop the oysters open using a butter knife or spoon.
  5. Place the freshly shucked oysters on a plate of ice to maintain their cold and refreshing quality.
